East region, how could we transform the customer experience while innovate with cutting-edge marketing and digital technologies?
Shiseido Middle East and Revalue came up with the concept and creation of a Mobile App to rejuvenate the customer’s journey in retail, create a personalized dialogue with the end consumer, but also enrich the sales force knowledge. 

The app follows a structured purpose: through dedicated screens around makeup and skincare concerns, a variety of answers are possible that will lead to a personnalized diagnosis. 

The app is linked to a new Shiseido Middle East CRM, the back-bone of the app mechanism. 

Providing an innovative and bespoke approach, this tool is a first of that kind tailor-made service to customers in Dubai.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP & SALES FORCE MANAGEMENT WITH A DIGITAL CRM PLATFORM 

Dolce & Gabbana fashion has witnessed a remarkable growth within the Middle East since its ancrage in Dubai.

Today, the fashion house locally wishes to reinforce its development by enhancing its client relationships and its salesforce performance. 

The first objective is to improve the customer experience with a better customer knowledge (with personal styling & purchases), and a more dedicated client relationships (client personal event tracking by personnalized communications via sms, call, whatsapp, mails).

The second objective is to reinforce the salesforce performance with a sales monitoring system (client portfolio, sales & relationship dashboards, sales benchmark, push notifications). 

This project invites the creation of a digital CRM platform within a proprietary software. This web App will be accessible from pc's, smartphones, tablets (centralized database, client account, push notifications & alerts, dashboard, reports, desktop interface, marketing automation & messaging).
